Brotherhood
      Throughout your stay at Penn College the friendships you make within Sigma Pi will be the strongest and will be the ones that last a lifetime. These bonds are not only among members for each individual chapter, but amongst chapters around the nation, due to the history and the ideals that each chapter was founded upon. The stigma is that fraternities only have brothers who are all the same. The reality, is that it is very hard to meet such a variety of people in one area.

Scholastic Advantages

Social Growth
      Joining a fraternity is a chance to better your social skills and to have the opportunity to attend some of the greatest socials of your college career. It's not only about socials. Joining a fraternity also helps you gain confidence in yourself and helps you meet new people without hesitation.

      Recruiters know that the fraternity experience prepares a man for success. Although fraternity alumni number less than 3% of the population, they make up 42% of the U.S. Senate, 33% of the House of Representatives and 30% of the top executives of the 500 largest business corporations. Alumni can also help a brother get a job.

Personal Growth
      Joining a fraternity is a chance to learn leadership, teamwork, responsibility, public speaking and organization. It is also a way of learning things from your brothers and alumni and their experiences. If there are problems in your life a fraternity is one place you can go without any hesitations.

      Sigma Pi has a proactive scholarship program that ensures academic excellence for all of its members. We emphasize that grades are the most important priority here at Penn College. We give you the opportunity to get the best grades of your college career during the pledge period and into brotherhood.       Sigma Pi dues are very affordable. With some of the lowest dues of any fraternity, you are included in all of the Sigma Pi’s events, you will receive all your pledge materials and pins, and are enrolled in Sigma Pi’s international personal insurance plan.       With the pressures of rushing a fraternity, choosing the correct fraternity can be difficult. Sigma Pi offers a unique, diverse brotherhood and a fraternal experience that differs from any other fraternity. We would love to meet and hang out with anyone interested in our fraternity.
